Did I mention earlier that I love to cook? We had our company Christmas party last night and went over to a co-workers place for a dessert party. I found a recipe in a Food & Wine magazine for Vanilla Bean Cheesecake w/ Walnut crust, so I spent the night before cookin' that up. Quite delish! Of course, my co-workers are pretty good cooks, too.
