So I finally get the dev/production server separation going - lots of hard work, sweat & tears (ok, well, maybe no tears, but whatever). The management is not impressed and doesn't understand what coolness this provides. I'm no marketeer, so I can't explain why this is so cool. All attempts seem to just not come out the right way.

*sigh*

Any advice out there?
