Scotty is dead. Long live James Doohan. Work a miracle today in his honor. My favorite line from the original series was when aliens from the Andromeda Galaxy took over the Enterprise, and in an effort to gain it back Scotty drinks one of them under the table. In the process, he pulls out a bottle of liqour, the alien asks "What is it?", and Scotty responds "It's green".
It's green.

That line is repeated in an ST:TNG episode, by Data, and is just as good then.
