If you've been to any conferences, you've probably met many folks you've met before. Many of people you meet there are extremely experienced and the sorts of conversations which arise are from their point of view.
We need newer people to get involved in conferences, share their point of view and take this enthusiasm back home. These people are often younger programmers, enthusiasts, or college students and can't afford to go to conferences. Let's pay their way.
