I just received the following email from the fine folks at York Solutions (emphasis theirs):

I noticed that you did not fill out our brief online application we sent you two weeks ago.
I just wanted to remind you that we are still searching for qualified IT people to fill positions in the following areas...
My god, how can I not tell my current employer that I'm quitting because I have to work for these people? I want to work for a company which chides me for not filling out a form on their Web site! They even used my first name. These folks care!
