Being laid up recovering from surgery has paid off. I have redesigned my Web site (hence my last couple of posts about Template Toolkit.) The layout is almost exactly the same as what the Perl Template Toolkit book describes, right down to the colors, but I'll get around to changing it at some point. I'm just happy to get rid of my old, crufty framed-based site.
