OK, I've confirmed it. Both my cows and tigers have defective brains. They're incapable of learning. Damn. That means that my two-day simulation run has been worthless. At least now I know what I'm looking for (and I probably can write a test that exposes the problem). Regrettably, my paying job beckons.
