Due to a configuration error on one of our servers, a form-to-email script wasn't working. Our client sent us an email asking why email wasn't being received. I researched the problem. I fixed the problem. Unfortunately, the client never bothered to tell the email recipient that she was going to start receiving the email. Now she's sending us email wanting to know why she's getting it. I've been asked to research this. (what the hell?)
