Kernel Panic

My laptop has just kernel panicked.

I have no idea what's wrong. Now it won't boot up without panicking. I'm assuming this is some sort of filesystem corruption - I mean, it booted many times before now just fine.

I run reiserfs.

Maybe I get what I deserve? I listened to all the various comments about fs corruption and reiserfs, and ignored them all. How stupid am I?

The laptop has over 10k lines of source code that I've been working on. No, I don't have a recent backup.

Fuck fuck fuck fuckity fuck.
