I wish I had managed to get this picture in focus because I really like the mood it creates. The musician looks simultaneously relaxed, annoyed, and bemused. I'm not sure if those three things are possible at once, but there you have it.

It's hard to tell from the low-res version, but it looks a little like it's camera shake rather than focus that makes it slightly blurry...

Yeah quite likely actually - it was 200.0mm at 1/30 sec (though on a monopod, so if I'm careful I can usually gain a three stop advantage with that - clearly I wasn't careful enough here).
