Summer is Over

My journal cross-posting code doesn't seem to be working (it's based on WWW::UsePerl::Journal, and just doesn't seem to be making entries any more), so here's my latest entry.

WWW::UsePerl::Journal

I never touched it ... at least not this week!

I thought I'd fixed the posting bugs, as my tests all appear to work (apart from deleting a post, but that is way low down on my task list). Is there some perculiarity I've missed?

Formkeys are no longer used, and they've been replaced by reskeys. That might be it. You should really use the SOAP interface.

I tried SOAP first but couldn't get my cookie to work, and you don't allow any sort of password login.

I blame global warming!

Seems to be going around

Others have noticed this as well.

No, that's different (though somewhat related). TorgoX is using SOAP.

use Perl; SOAP interface

use Perl; also has a SOAP interface. I use in my personal journal-posting app.

SOAP better?

My past few journal entries that post to use.perl (using OpenInteract2::Observer::UsePerlPost, which uses Net::Blogger) have worked, but they've echoed back whatever I input. The entry I posted this morning didn't echo back so maybe it's fixed?
