Who knew PHP's XML handling was this bad. That really sucks - they should fix that (although it seems they have tried to in PHP5).
We all don't know that PHP suckz?
Now, more seriously: xml encoding is piece of shit. In fact, Perl had very serious problems regarding this issue. Good it seems all fixed.
