Similar problem - screen goes all crazy and it locks up. It's a loose connection somewhere. My suspicion this time is a cracked motherboard, because wiggling things doesn't put it right, but twisting the whole laptop does...
Still stable enough to use at work sat on a desk, but the sooner it goes back the better.
