Daniel Chudnov has created a (python-based) community linklog site called unalog.
You can create an account, install the unalog bookmarklet and when you're on a page worth logging, just click the bookmarklet and you'll get transported back to unalog to finish the process.
I don't exactly know any python, so i contributed a simple CSS based design. There's still some issues to be sorted out with it, though.
