First came the layoff, which was annoying. (Not bad, mind, but annoying nonetheless) Then I smushed my car, which also was annoying and mildly expensive. Now one of the kids has what looks like an early case of appendicitis, though better today than Friday. (Insurance runs through the end of January)
Luckly there's not much January left. This is, I think, A Good Thing.
