The billing system is ready. Which means that you can start giving us money. :-)
To do so, simply point your browser to your personal page (http://yapc.mongueurs.net/yapc/private/) and click on the "purchase your conference ticket" link (http://yapc.mongueurs.net/yapc/private/register/).
If you have submitted a talk, you can wait until you know if your talk is accepted or not before paying. But just note that we'll need all the available resources, given the current difficulties the (non-)sponsors have to give us their money this year.
We've now more than 220 registered users (even though some of them will probably never buy a ticket), and you can now see the number of "committed" users on the statistics page. A user is "committed" if s/he paid or plans to give a talk (and the talk is accepted).
