I'm on a unlucky streak. While I was on the phoner with the office last week, I mentioned to the secretary that I paid the speeding ticket, to which she replied "Ah yes, I've seen a letter about that come in today"... That letter turned out not to be about THAT speeding ticket but about a SECOND speeding ticket *OUCH*. My loss: 50 euros. I remember that, on that evening, I was returning a DVD to the rental store. Expensive DVD! To top it all off, when I stopped by the house to pick up some mail, I found another letter from the local PD. They're threatening to sue me if I don't pay for a 'small' fine of 185 euros, refering to the accident I had last year. I also have YAPC::Eu coming.. This will be an expensive month!
