Apple Stuff 2 : the sequel

So I went to the Apple Store at the mall and asked the guy about the AppleCare question I had. He agreed that getting it in the US would be a lot cheaper and actually shouldn't be a problem at all with a BE purchased Macbook. They're selling AppleCare at the recommended list price (319 euros). I found out that I can get AC from work at 205 euros.. and getting it through the US will cost me 187 euros. That'll save me 20 euros but getting AC at work might save me some of the hassle. I'm probably getting it through work. When I asked the Apple guy about any recommended software or hardware, all he had to say was that I needed some decent padding if I transport it. They have the memory in stock and they can, if needed, install it for me. The memory isn't covered by AC but has a lifetime warranty.
