After the first day of the INTRO course, I have some doubts. The course would be adapted to my prior knowledge. We talked for the first two hours about all things Cisco.. including the certification. There were a few questions that the trainer couldn't really answer immediatly. Here's one for the books.. Try responding without looking it up:
What's the difference between an Ethernet II frame and a 802.2 with LLC/SNAP frame? I assumed that pretty much any card can read both frame types but how would an easy detection work? I'm gonna ask the same question to my CCIE certified co-workers. I eventually got an answer from the trainer but I feel some other tricky questions coming up.
