Presentations with TeX

At YAPC, I noticed quite a bit of people had very cool and clean slides. At yesterday's PM meeting (head count: 2), my fellow PMer explained how he used TeX to create slides. It really seemed like something worth looking into.

Second that!

I totally agree that TeX is awesome.
Haven't used something else that enables me to write nice documents in such a fast way.

In combination with pod2latex and/or TT i have found powerfull tools that integrate
seamless with nearly all of my other stuff.

Kind regards,
Simon

There's a nifty latex set of instructions called Beamer which might be useful for you.

Beamer allows you to produce really beautiful presentations relatively easily. Others might point to powerdot and friends, but my vote's with beamer. (For what it's worth, Till Tantau's pgf and TikZ packages, which are required for beamer, are also great pieces of work.)

Ditto. I've gone through 2-3 other slide packages, and Beamer's by far the best of them. The installation was a bit of a pain, and there is some non-TeX-like syntactic weirdness, but it's worth the trouble.
