Maybe it's me but I don't think 'Excellent' is a word I'd expect in article on data theft. On a recent data theft case where approx. 1.3 million names and social security number were lost:
Both Hummingbird Ltd. and Texas Guaranteed appear to have done an excellent job in timely notification; therefore for Reporting and Notification they receive an "A".Excellent job?!? They lost your personal data. How excellent is that?
Texas Guranteed provides a breach information webpage. They provide an easy to find link to this page from their homepage, making it easy for people to find the information that they need.How about a page that helps you look for a lawyer to sue their pants off? I'm guessing everyone's ID information is for sale on the black market by now. Luckily, I didn't apply for a loan (yet).. and I haven't moved to the US either (not likely anytime soon).
