Recently, I discovered Trac. I've started using the project management features on Sourceforge for one my projects there. There were a few things missing and I also felt like I needed a local project management tool. Somehow I found Trac. It merges quite well with my existing Subversion repository and I have a Wiki too.. Downside is that's in Python :)
