We went to see Aeon Flux on friday night. Not really Oscar material. A bit strange at times. It features Charlize Theron (wearing all kinds of spandex and near see-through outfits). The story line is a bit bizar but not too strange for the year 2400 :) Nice setting, reasonable acting (although I'm not sure Charlize is the action movie kinda actrice), excellent costumes *cough*. I was told the anime was equally bizar (by bizar I don't mean that you have to be on drugs to understand it, like The Cell).
If you have some free credits on your DVD rental bonus card, try it for a lazy friday night.
