The one thing you don't want to see in your mailbox when you're working against a deadline is holiday shots... especially if they're from the Taj Mahal... but then again, they also have monsoons, riots, train bombings and biblical plagues of beetles!

Nah, in most cases your employer can get you out of that. Your name just goes back into the pot or they schedule you for the next round of picks.
