Second time at the gymn.. No more fun. It started with a 10 minute run, after that 2 cycles of all kinds of excercises.. I was half dead after the first cycle. It ended with a 30 minute run (that only lasted about 12 minutes and mysteriously changed into a 10 minute bicycle ride after that). I'm sure I'll feel all my muscles ache by tomorrow. On the way home, I had a flat tube and I still had the spirit to change it. What started as a "one hour a day" plan turned in a 2.5 hour session. I see no problem if it weren't that I'm growing a stash of sweaty T-shirts.
