Up until a few minutes ago, MS Office 2003 seemed quite shiny and clean.. but then I had to edit the page header in Excel. It has text that has clearly been written by a developer, not a copyrighter. The GUI guru probably skipped this part because the layout is all weird and it has old buttons... and I felt like bitching about it for a few seconds.
