Although Paris seems filled with open APs, I don't feel confident enough to take out my laptop in the middle of the park and start surfing. If I get wireless access on my hotel room, I'd rather pay for it and know where to complain if something goes wrong. At the moment I'm in Hotel Regina in Boulogne -Billancourt (near Marcel Sembat). I paid 14 euros for 24 hours worth of connectivity spread over 3 days. The one hour voucher spread over 1 day is about 7 euros... which is expensive but I needed the extra time. Tomorrow afternoon I move to Hotel Median in Chatillon and they appear to have a hotspot too.
According to one of my acquantances (a fairly nice looking women called Oona), who spent a few months here last year, I should visit le marais, the square where Bardot lives, the erotic museum near the Moulin Rouge, Berthillon on Ile-Saint Louis for an ice cream and the latin quarter.
