Some online shop is selling a localized version of MythTV (including hardware). Their site mentions the GPL briefly and states they're doing nothing wrong but I don't see a download link anywhere. I send them a short but friendly mail to ask them for some sources...

Did you buy the product? There's nothing in the GPL that requires that the sources be available to all-comers. Only that the sources be made available for reasonable copying fee once you buy the binaries.

I got a mail back stating that they just use the existing applications (although I'm not sure MythTV provides dutch translations or scripts that scrape belgian TV listings).
