Not only is that embarrassingly insecure, it's also not in valid URL encoding. That URL should have been:
https://private.zebra.com/register/form_registration4.htm?dl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ze bra.com%2FSS%2Fmanuals%2F45541LBR3.pdf
At least it's slightly more obscure there. :-)
