Sins

Forgive me father, for I have sinned... It's been WAY too long since my last confession.

I'm afraid I've commited a cardinal sin. I misled a client into believing a current project has advanced more than it truly is. Although I claim full responsibility, he pushed the envelope and there was no other way of achieving what needed to be achieved than by faking it...

I will humbly accept one hour of Windows support as a token of my repents.

Misled sounds so much better than lying, doesn't it?

Oops, sorry.

I thought you were solely a technical type.

Since you're a sales rep, such behaviour should be expected by anyone speaking with you. It's just the nature of the game!

Caveat emptor!

My business card says Sales Representative but I, somehow, do a lot on development and support. Ofcourse, I work in a SME so everyone does a bit of everything. I'm the only one daring to touch Delphi so I'm stuck on Windows support too :(
