Besides the usual testing and preparing, I also spent some time designing reports in Rave (which ships with Delphi 7). It appears as this will save me loads of time. I have a meeting with the customer tomorrow so I will run those designs by him. It DID take me a while to get the correct network driver on the machine. Dell Helpdesk, apparently someone having a bad morning, insisted I try everything again. I eventually downloaded half the drivers on the Dell website and burned (another) CD, since there was no other way of getting those files on the machine. Together with the TFT, that Dell DOES make a fine box for fraggin'.
In between millions of things to do, there is a small chance I spent a few days abroad for the company. Joy Joy.
