I highly recommend Necessary Losses and Imperfect Control by Judith Viorst to anyone who has ever worked on an open source project. (The titles sound heavy, but they're easy and enjoyable reads.) Okay, I recommend them for anyone, really, but I mention them here because they left me with a much healthier view of open source and the communities around it. (BTW, she also writes awesome children's books.)
