My Strawberry Perl talk has been accepted for OSCON, so with this lynch pin in place I'm full steam ahead to start setting up the rest of the tour.
I've submitted two additional talks to YAPC::NA.
The first is "Nothing Can Possibly Go Wrong... Again", a sequel to my talk from YAPC::NA 2006 on design disasters and seductive traps.
This time around I'll be looking at iterative disasters, drawing from biology, psych and economics.
The second is merely called "Tiny", and looks at the issues around the ::Tiny modules (more about what makes a good potential ::Tiny target, and when it doesn't etc, less about what the current ::Tiny modules do).
As a preview of the trip, in 2 days I get off for the horrid Sydney->Singapore->Heathrow->Oslo trip for the Oslo QA Workshop, and the Go Open conference, where I'll be doing an updated version of the PITA talk.
