Problems in the test scripts continue to plague getting 0.60 our the door.
So this yet another attempt to fix it.
Also, CPANTS seems to have gone bye bye... anyone seen it?

CPANTS was moved to a new server at yi.org. I'm currently waiting for perl.org DNS records to be changed (I already sent an email. But now that I think about it, I didn't get the ususal RT reply. Hmm, time to investigate...)
