The powers that be have decided that the 7th annual German Perl Workshop will take place in Dresden, from Wednesday, 2005-02-09 to Friday, 2005-02-11 (boy, I love those ISO date formats, they're so sortable ;-). An official announcement plus a CfP should be out next week.
