So this year I've made life hard for myself. I decided to add tutorials to each of the featured Perl Modules in the Advent calendar.
People seem to like them. Hooray!
However, gosh, darn (and other more harsh expletives) they're time consuming to write. Don't worry, it's not like I've got another twenty odd to do. Oh wait, I have. I think I've rediscovered JIT writing - writing documentation Just In Time. It's kinda like when you used to write your homework in the break before class. Advent's annoying like that...you can't say "Oh, can you put it off for a month, I'm having a few problems." Christmas, as they say, is coming.
Strangely I currently seem to be suffering from some bizarre insomnia. Which means I'm tired all the time, and I'm terrible in work, okay for a couple of hours late at night, and then semi-zombified for the wee hours trying to get to sleep. It's at times like this I wonder if I did the right thing giving up caffeine.
As alway, Real Life says it best.
Hmm. I wonder if I should get round to submitting the Advent Calendar to Slashdot / NTK / Kiro5in / etc.
