So, I go away for a week to some sunny isle for some seriously overdue R&R. Which is great. Sit on the beach. Swim with turtles. Get refreshed, come back ready to code. Highly recommend it...
I get back, blurry eyed from the overnight flight and jetlag, and fight my way though our laughable attempt at a public transport system. But I'm determined; It is not going to ruin my mood. I've worked hard to be this relaxed. I log on and then acme and magnus tell me:
While I've been away our co-lo box (where we keep our mail, our web, personal files and irc server) has been cracked, is offline, and is now being installed from scratch.
Well, that good mood lasted a good couple of hours. OTOH, I suppose I don't have to wonder how I'm going to get through my email now.
