This week hardware sucks. After being invaluable for the entire of YAPC::NA, Servalan (my iBook) suddenly has developed the Dreaded Screen Problem where by if you move it at all it blacks the screen for a microsecond and crashes the machine. It's going back to Apple early next week. Good job I'm not going to OSCON - though I hope and pray it's back in time for YAPC::Europe.
Thank goodness the IBM's back from repair (having its screen repaired.) It's got a new battery, which means it's great for writing code on again, but it terrible as a presentation machine. Hurry up Apple!
