O'Reilly's recently released Perl CD Bookshelf, retailing at $59.95, contains six Perl books on one CD-ROM: Programming Perl, 2nd Edition; Learning Perl; Perl in a Nutshell; Perl Cookbook; Learning Perl on Win32 Systems; and Advance Perl Programming.
The books are formatted in HTML, and include extensive cross-referencing, individual indexes for each book, and a master index for the entire CD.
