Two years ago, Josh and I got together to get Mike Leavitt to create three Larry Wall action figures. We auctioned one at YAPC::NA 2006 (and it had an interesting trip after winner Scott Walters lost it). Kent Cowgill has a pic of MiniLarry of it in his hand, and Larry models himself. I still have one of them in the original packaging. Someone will have the opportunity to walk away with it this year.
We need to make YAPCes auctions virtual on the web. Or I can make cog bid for it.
The question is if it will work as a voodoo doll. Lol

YAPC::Europe auctions generally have been open to people bidding through, eg, IRC.
