The transcript of Larry Wall's presentation at OSDC::Israel::2006, "Present Continuous, Future Perfect", is now available, along with the audio recording and slides.
I’m trying to listen to the talk with the transcript and slides on screen, and I keep getting distacted by trying to guess which slide I’m on… The transcript would be a lot more useful if it had [next slide], [prev slide] and [skip to slide ###] indicators on it so you could follow along without thinking about it.

I've been thinking about how to do this with my talks. I think it's going to be like the elementary school film loops with the tones signalling the slide change.:) Re:Transcript/Slide synch?

Here's a possible solution:

Oops, I mangled the DivX movie by mistake. I quickly put up a larger, QuickTime version (55 MB). Sorry for the confusion. Hopefully I'll be able to figure out what went wrong with the DivX version quickly...Re:Video with slides!
