London Perl Workshop - 26th of November, 2005

muttley writes "Despite a couple of near disasters, some last minute venue issues and a unfortunate episode involving a dead marsupial in Fulham, the London Perl Mongers (officially the best Monger group at inflating their membership statistics) are pleased to announce the follow up to the highly successful, extremely enjoyable London Perl Workshop 2004 which is provisionally titled 'LPW2005 - they're back... and this time there might be Twister.' Among the highlights will be Mark-Jason Dominus, the fact that it's free, tea and biscuits, and the fact that it's completely free. Did we mention that it's free? Email talk submissions or check out the hurriedly written Announcement/CFP. I admit I was lying slightly about the Twister."

Kudos!

Congrats on organizing such an awesome event again. I highly recommend this based on what I learned from last year. Wish I could be there, but that's a holiday weekend for us Yanks and I'll be on family vacation.

Peace,

Jason

No twister.

And I was all ready to get a plane ticket and everything! Forget it now.
