JT writes "Plain Black is sponsoring a perl programming contest for the WebGUI content management system. Top prize is $1,000 with a total of $3,000 in prizes being given away. The contest lasts for 3 months and ends on December 1. Entries will be judged on utility, elegance, and creativity. I don't see anything Perl specific about this contest. The fact that it requires the docs written in POD does not mean that it requires Perl.
