Norbert Gruener, Chair 'YAPC::Europe' Committee, writes "While the Paris mongers are organizing the YAPC::Europe::2003 conference with enthusiasm, the YAPC::Europe Committee is already looking for candidates for the conference in 2004. Monger groups interested in organizing the YAPC::Europe conference in 2004 should send an informal application, stating their interest, to committee@yapceurope.org. So far the Belfast group has expressed an interest."
