garron writes "Linguana is a project I discussed at the 2001 OSCon, and partly the subject of my TPC paper of the same name. The mailing lists for the project are now live for anyone desiring participation in a large Natural Language Processing project. Open Source, of course, and in need of both programming and non-programming "armchair linguists".
