johnseq writes "I wrote a pod2curl converter this week that I wanted to tell people about. It renders POD content in a new language for web user interfaces called Curl (currently implemented as a browser plugin, but will soon run as scripts and executable). It's good technology for dynamic document presentation which allows you the freedom to write UI's in declarative markup, script or OO as needed."
Curl is a company founded by WWW originator Tim Berners-Lee and director of the MIT Lab for Computer Sciences, Michael Dertouzos. See a story about it at ZDNet and check out the documentation. Unfortunately, most readers of this site may not be able to use it yet, as it is only available for some platform I've never heard of (something called "Windows").
Wonder how long it will be until we see patent infringement letters flying around and that whole prior art argument.
