I've seen this come up on #perl a few times.
TLJ is just being opportunistic--they can get some more subscribers by doing this. When something really happens to TPJ, Jon will tell us. Until then, it's still in limbo. No change.

I wouldn't be too sure about that either; I emailed these guys last week, but still no response.
