The Cincinnati GNU/Linux Users Group is a local organization dedicated to promoting the use of the GNU/Linux system and other free and open source software. Founded in 1996, the group has been instrumental in supporting local GNU/Linux users in Cincinnati.
The University of Cincinnati is a state-supported, research institution located in southwest Ohio.
