ActiveState has released the first beta of Komodo, its IDE built on top of Mozilla. It currently supports Perl, Python, and JavaScript, on Windows. There is a Technology Preview Release for Linux. There's a discussion mailing list and bug database available.

Just in case you aren't the type to read the
docs before installing, you do need both
Perl and Python installed for Komodo to run.

I tried to install it twice, couldn't get it to go.
Activeperl build 623, Activepython build 202. Windows 2000 with 288M RAM.
Run Komodo. the splash screen comes up, nothing else ever happens. Splash screen won't go away unless I reboot.
Oh well
