I've now added this to the FAQ. The URL is http://use.perl.org/useperl.rdf (which is, by the way, the default location for RSS files for all Slash-based sites: sitename.rdf, where sitename is the lower-cases, whitespace-stripped version of the site's name).

In the latest RDF, it shows the useperl.gif image. It does for me, anyway.
